• Horse criteria

To ensure that we only list proven, royally bred horses with superior genetics, we have a specific criteria to qualify. All horse will need to have LTE of $5k+ unless they aren’t of age to be shown yet, in which case both sire and dam need to be money earners of at least $5k + or if the dam doesn’t have LTE, she will need to have at least $5k+ PE. If you have a horse that qualifies, please feel free to contact us and we are more than happy to feature it on our page.

Royal Seed Select Horse Sales and its associates act as AGENTS ONLY and are not responsible for buyer/seller error or misunderstanding. Any guarantees shall be strictly between the SELLER and the BUYER ONLY and does not include any other persons. Both Seller and Buyer agree to indemnify, release and hold harmless Royal Seed Select Horse Sales and Jesse Dyck to and from any claims, liability or damages which may be asserted by buyer of the horse on account of any breach of warranty, breach of promise or alleged misrepresentation.

Should any disputes arise; the Buyer must contact the Seller and settlement of the dispute shall be exclusively between the two of them. Royal Seed Select Horse Sales is to be made aware of any disputes for the sole purpose that the feedback regarding their experience may be used by Royal Seed Select Horse Sales in assessing possible repeat Sellers on this site in the future.
